After a long and illlustrious career at pointing the fingure at some of the best crickters in the world, he has decided to call it quits and umpired his last game (ODI) between England and Australia. From what i hear he was quite a accomplished cricketer in his younger days too.<br /><br />You tell them where to go, Shep. Often when watching cooking shows on tv the dishes prepared are of no interest to me or too complicated to prepare at home. Rarely do i ever follow a recipe in its entirety nor do i write them down, usually preferring to use them as a reference to get the main taste of the dish and also because i never seem to have all the ingredients i need to replicate the recipe. However beef stroganoff seemed quick to prepare and the ingriegients readily available from the supermarkets, so i decided to give it a go. After trying it out for myself, i can definately say that the beef stroganoff is well worth the minimal cooking effect required and one dish that i'll be making in the years to come.<br /><br />Just as a historical fact on beef stroganoff, the chef who first created this famous russian dish worked for the russian dipolmat Count Pavel Alexandrovich Stroganov, a member of one of russia's grandest noble family.
